By accessing and using the Haus Palava platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services. Haus Palava may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform, and it is your responsibility to read the terms from time to time.

Haus Palava connects property owners with people looking for somewhere to live in Cameroon. Our services include: • Posting property listings, to rent and to buy • Searching and browsing listings • Putting the two sides in contact through built-in messaging • Comparison and shortlist tools Haus Palava is not a party to any property transaction and takes no responsibility for agreements reached between users.

Some features require an account. When you open one, you undertake to: • Give accurate, up-to-date information • Keep your login details private • Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use • Not open fake accounts or impersonate anyone Haus Palava may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms.

Every listing posted must: • Be truthful and describe a property that exists • Use genuine photographs of that property • Contain nothing unlawful, discriminatory or misleading • Be written in French or English • Comply with Cameroonian law Haus Palava may remove any listing that does not meet these rules, without notice.

Everything on the Haus Palava platform — logos, text, images, source code — is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproducing, altering or distributing it without written permission is prohibited. You keep your rights in the content you post, but you grant Haus Palava a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it.

Haus Palava works to keep the platform available and secure, but does not guarantee: • That information posted by users is accurate • Uninterrupted, continuous availability of the services • That the platform is free of viruses or harmful components Haus Palava is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform or from dealings between users.

How we collect and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using Haus Palava you consent to your data being handled as described there.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Haus Palava may end or suspend your access without notice if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Douala, Cameroon.
